Mr. Bright M Hlongwane
FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR
Currently, working as an Enterprise & Supplier Development Coordinator at Overlooked Group Pty Ltd, a privately-held, coal mining company, Bright M Hlongwane oversees the Enterprise and Supplier Development operations of his company Bright M Hlongwane is also spearheading major
strategic shifts for transforming entrepreneurship from a functional focus to an enabler of innovation for the business and integrating entrepreneurship with young ordinary South Africans through The Youth in Business South Africa, an organization he intends to use as a tool to achieve my dream of seeing a South Africa filled with more job makers than job seekers.
Bright M Hlongwane holds a National Diploma in Public Administration and Management from the Mangosuthu University of Technology, and an Advanced Diploma in Management Practice from the Henley Business School and is currently studying towards a Post–Graduate Diploma in Development Finance at the University of Cape Town – Graduate School of Business. He also holds a Certificate in Advanced Entrepreneurship which was awarded by Trep-Camp at Stanford University in the USA.
Bright M Hlongwane serves on several Boards including Black Bear Capital Partners. Youth in Business South Africa, Black Business Council Youth Portfolio Committee, and BRICS CCI Young Leaders. Bright M Hlongwane has been awarded the KwaZulu-Natal Young Achievers Awards Entrepreneurship Category 2017. He has delivered keynotes in 4 countries around the world on “Creating Stronger Economies through Youth Entrepreneurship”.
Bright M Hlongwane is responsible for the overall management of the business and is involved in the creation, implementation, and management of post-investment value.
